The job site must be broom-swept and dry, with both ambient and floor temperatures at 60°F or higher. Adequate lighting, removal of obstructions, and uninterrupted access are required for the full duration of the project.

1. Unless otherwise specified, work will be conducted between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delays or rework caused by conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to weather or deficiencies in the job site requirements, will be billed at Hard Rock Coatinz’s standard labor and material rates.
2. Hard Rock Coatingz will hang plastic barriers and run a negative air machine as needed while the project is underway.
3. All fire alarms in or near the work area must be capped or covered while work is in progress.
4. All work will be completed in one mobilization.
5. Based on Open Shop Labor Rates.
6. This quote is valid for 30 days.
7. The customer must accept current general liability insurance coverage or will be responsible for any additional costs associated with obtaining coverage to meet project requirements.

1. A down payment of one-third (1/3) of the total estimate is required upon signing. The second one-third (1/3) is due upon arrival, with the final payment due upon project completion.
2. The customer acknowledges that there will be no recourse for delays in work caused by weather or other unforeseen factors beyond Hard Rock Coatinz’s control.
3. By signing this contract, the customer fully understands and agrees to all Special Notes, Terms & Conditions, Qualifications, Warranty, and Payment Terms listed.
4. Final payment must be made no later than one week after project completion, unless otherwise specified in a corporate agreement. A late payment fee of 5% of the outstanding balance may be applied for each week past due.
